Entry forms can be found in the magazines or on our website at uskidsmags.com/artcontest. All entries must be accompanied by an entry form.

All entry forms must be signed by the entrant’s parent/guardian.

By signing, parents grant permission for their children’s artwork, first name, and photo to be put online or printed in the magazine.

We only allow one entry per person.

Mail entry, entry form, and a photo of the entrant to: Annual Cover Contest, P.O. Box 88928, Indianapolis, IN 46208.

Participants may enter online at uskidsmags.com/artcontest. Each participant must fill out and submit an online entry form, and upload the entry and photo of participant. Participants who enter online must keep their original artwork. Any finalists who entered online will be required to send in the original entry.

All entries must be the entrant’s original, unpublished, and previously unproduced work. If U.S. Kids is notified that any element of an entrant’s entry infringes upon the rights of another person, the entry will be disqualified from the contest.

First-, second-, and third-place winners from previous years are eligible to enter the contest, but are only eligible to receive first, second, or third place in this contest again after one year has passed.
