What You Need:
- 1⁄2 cup green grapes
- 1 medium orange, peeled
- 1⁄2 banana, peeled
- 1⁄2 lime slice with the rind
- 1-inch pineapple slice, peeled, but with the core
- 1⁄4-inch chunk fresh ginger, peeled
- 1-2 cups baby spinach, packed (more if you can fit it in your blender!)
- 1 cup ice cubes
What You Do:
- Place all ingredients into the blender (leave ice for last). Cover and blend on medium until smooth.
- Serve chilled in a cup.
- Store the rest in your fridge for later.
